Issue resolved. AI image functionality is now fully operational

Our "Generate image" AI functionality is degraded due to an upstream provider. You may temporarily not be able to generate AI images. We are continuing to monitor. Other AI actions should continue to work as before.

We've deployed a fix and the error rate stabilized.

We're currently investigating an elevated rate in errors on network requests to the backend.
