We've deployed a fix and the error rate stabilized.

We're currently investigating an elevated rate in errors on network requests to the backend.

Login codes are working as expected for iCloud and the issue is resolved

Login codes sent to iCloud emails are unblocked and new requests should work. We will continue to monitor. Please contact support if you still do not recieve codes.

Some users with iCloud email addresses may not receive emails including login codes due to email blocking. We are actively working on a fix. Please contact support if you are affected or use an alternative sign-in method if possible.

The login and signup issue was identified and resolved.

We identified that login and sign up using an email code is degraded.
While we solve the issue, users should use password, or Google signin if applicable.

Shared links are now viewable without error. We will continue to monitor.

At the moment visiting a shared deck may expose an error. We are investigating and will keep this page updated.
